New Challenger Approaches, Team V Leader Gareth

Time for a bit of introductions. My name is Gareth and I have lived in Worcestershire for about 13 years.
Below is a picture of me to show you that I am not a robot :-D

Panda Noise
So I have been volunteering for a while. I first started at University when I volunteered at a Mental Health hospital and was working in the visitor's cafe. I really enjoyed it and since then I have done various things such as Mind and started up an Worcester LGBT Youth group.

Team V was the opportunity to show people what I have to offer and not to count me down and out;for the past year and a half I have been dealing with a neurological condition but I am ready to get back to helping the community and making a big difference.

From all of this I am hoping to grow as a person and grow as a professional to become a productive member of society (maybe even Overlord of Worcester...mwhahaha)

I am really looking forward to meeting new people, not just from Worcester but from all over the UK during my training to become an Overlord of Worcester.. I mean a Team V Leader :-P It's something which is really exciting and a whole new adventure for me.

The one thing which I am apprehensive about is the possibility that there may be some public speaking involved; but this is something I have been meaning to face and conquer.

And Now for Something Completely Different (brownie points for anyone who can guess where this is from). Just to go on a bit about me; I love cooking, gaming, Magic the Gathering and Sci-Fi. Also if you haven't guessed yet, I'm a bit mad :-P

I will be positing on here and will soon create a twitter account and YouTube account.

Watch this space.
